The lines were so long they were backed up into their aisles and all I had was one spool of ribbon. Please think ahead for next year.

Last time I tried to address a problem with a frame order the upfront manager tried to argue with me about what one of their employees said, even though they weren’t there. Try to avoid going in this rat trap.
