    I bought 4 stockings with bells on them online. When they arrived they were all tied together. I’ve tried for 1 hour to get them untangled and untied and couldn’t. I had to cut the strings, so now my stockings have no bells on them. Whoever does the packaging, needs to do better. So money was wasted.

    At Home, N. Chas, SC: I purchased pillows that were priced at $8 (with $8 stickers on each pillow). I returned other items I purchased that day and realized the pillows actually rang up $11.99. After presenting the receipt, two cashiers were immediately adamant the pillows were not At Home pillows, instead Dollar General. I showed them that the barcode number on the receipt was the same number on the pillows, yet two managers still insisted that I walk & show them where I got the pillows from in the store. I did, and it was only then I was able to get a refund. I recommended they correct the box of wrongly priced "Dollar General" pillows for other customers, but they did not. I am appalled at the very poor customer service I received, and this experience also reveals this store sells "Dollar General" items at inflated prices. I then tried calling corporate but was told by an At Home phone representative to Google the number instead. Therefore, I am writing a review. I was a regular customer, but will not be returning. I am only rating one star, because Google won't let me leave zero.

    Do better! I come in to pick up an order to find I had to wait in a very long line of people checking out their merchandise. Need a better system. what is the use of shopping online if I have to go ahead and stand in the long line of people shopping.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
