We have had the services for 8 months now, still have voles, bugs, fleas etc. called to cancel because we aren’t happy with the service, and get the early cancellation waived and the agent was rude, wouldn’t help with my issue and only offered to lower our monthly cost to 75 bucks. Why are we going to pay anything for a service that doesn’t work and the costumers aren’t satisfied? And to top it off i was still talking and he hung up. Very poor costumer service and awful pest control. I will NOT recommend your company and tell all my friends and neighbors to stay away from this company. Do better aptive. We will defiantly be in contact with BBB.
