However the reason he came out in the first place was because the service was sub par. I got about 1/5 of the expected services ever since then. They tried to make it right with a discounted rate because we didn’t get the fly traps for serval months, the rat traps weren’t baited, webs weren't brushed for over 4 months, the ant treatments never worked period, and the technician turn over was out of control. I wonder why technicians didn’t want to work there….. I got played again by another pest company. $199 cancellation fee even when they’re the issue.
