  Clean but shady corporation. Renter beware, best go elsewhere! The units are clean but summertime temperature in climate control units is higher than I'd like to have it. They doubled the rent in a year. They treat their customers like they don't want them. The lady at the front desk is nice but the corporate bottom feeders really ruin it. I just decided to move out after the constant rent raising. I was a perfect customer, paid on time through auto pay and rarely stopped by (so limited foot traffic to the units) and yet, rent kept going up. The new place I'm renting from is half the price and they built new buildings for the renters they were getting after people from here just decided enough was enough.
