They do third party and third parties are a scam they don’t even show up then anytime you ask them to pull up what you purchased it’s never in the system Lowe’s is by far the worst and the employees don’t even care they are snobby and it’s Ga granite that does for them and he called me a loser when I found out who they were

This Lowe’s is terrible. The staff are unhelpful and unfriendly. The quality of the items are terrible. I can very rarely find anything undamaged. They leave the items in the middle of isles, which makes it extremely hard to move with a cart. I can’t imagine trying to navigate this store if you were a wheel chair user or pushing a stroller. I truly believe this store is only in business because there isn’t another home supply store close by.

I went to do a return, with items clearly purchase at their store, cashier would not accept without "proof" of purchase, and then the rude front end manager came up and was very snippy, so I asked for the store manager, John, who came up and said, "no" and wouldn't let me finish talking before he rushed out the door. AVOID!

It was nice walking inside this store, as the store was clean and organized. There was an associate or two that will greet you.
Unfortunately, there wasn't any help available. I guessing, its because I was there at 7:30 and they only has cashiers on the floor.

You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
