They have two non working insulation blower machines that they supposedly rent out. I wonder how long they will remain broken because they are still selling the blow in insulation that goes with it. I wonder if it will be broken as long as the floor vinyl cutting machine? I wonder if it will be broken as long as the glass cutting machine. North Augusta Lowes is to broken imachines as McDonalds is to broken ice cream machines

Hello im here to do a survey on the elderly gentleman Mr. Wallace. I came in today 11/15/25 around 7:20am and out of nowhere I heard a voice that said " Hi sir can I help you? “. Even though I was on my phone I heard him very clear and we talked for about 20min after I finish shopping.
I said you just dont know how much that meant to me or others of (hi can I help you) I work both retail assistant manager and boral bricks. I been shopping here at this location 3 - 4 years and I never ever heard no-one say that busy or not. Also that was my first time seeing him....#please keep him around, id rather look for him instead of others

I would not recommend installation from this store. We ordered our front & back storm doors at the end of August. We were able to get our front storm door installed the first week of October. The warehouse picked the wrong door for our back door. It is now 2 days from November & we are still waiting to schedule installation for our back door. Follow up calls keep being scheduled days & weeks at a time. By the time we receive a call about installation, it seems it will be 2026. We are disappointed we have had to wait this long.
Update: They ended up cancelling our order on 11/6 & refunding us on a credit card that was already paid off since its been 3 months. Now we have to wait for a "check request" to be accepted.
