Specialist in appliances, Brandon, helped us tremendously! We couldn't find something although Lowe's website showed it was available. Brandon searched and check the computer. It is being discontinued but was able to order the product for us!

Do not use the curb side at this lowes unless you have nothing better to do with your time. I sat in the parking lot over an hour 2 hours after they said my order was ready for pickup

John and his team took great care to address an issue I experience when attempting to return an item with a receipt. I am greatful that they were able to take of things so quickly. 5-stars to John and his team.
1-star to the very confusing return policy. If you are making any purchases that you aren't planning on using right away, I recommend asking an associate or even the manager about the specifics of the item's return window and conditions. The information on the wall at customer service and at Lowes.com is too vague about how some items are classified.

So I ordered a toilet through the app and had same day delivery, and I was curious what time the toilet would make it to me. So I called them this morning and I got through to someone and they told me it was ready for pickup, and I told them it was for delivery and they were like “oh you’re right hold on let me figure this out” and they put me on a 20 minute hold! And actually the line disconnected after 20 mins so who knows how long I really would have been on hold. Anyways I live close to the store so I thought I’d just drive up there and ask.
Well I was met by Alisha and right from the stat she seemed disinterested and acted like I was bothering her even asking a question. She finally told me same day delivery was actually a 3rd party service and there was no way to know when it would be delivered. And that’s fine because I can’t expect someone who is delivering items from DoorDash or any of those to be able to pick up a whole toilet in their car. They should have it more easily stated on the website it’s not being delivered by Lowe’s it’s a third party. Now idk when I’ll get my toilet or if I will even get it at all. This Lowe’s location has always been iffy on the customer service side but today really left a sour taste in my mouth. Terrible.

For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
