This was the first of three Lowe's in the Grand Strand area I've been to today. All showed a beadboard in stock with far more than I needed. I called each Lowe's in advance and they confirmed they had it in stock, only to arrive and they did not. This was confirmed by an in-store Associate. Each confirmed in the system that the inventory said they had it. Someone needs to improve their inventory availability system. Super disappointed on a wasted day.

Bought blinds had to take back to be cut. Got there man said machine needs cleaned, didn't know how to fix it. Called next morning to see if they fixed it and was told working fine. I lug blinds back to store. Working on machine have to come back in an hour. I'll go to home depot next time. Done with Lowe's

My father recently purchased materials from Lowe’s to build a front porch, including multiple pieces of plywood and several wooden pine decking. Shortly after starting on his work, he realized that some of the wooden decking was the wrong size, so he returned to the store the following day with his original receipt to exchange them for the correct size. An employee instructed him to unload and bring all of the posts inside, which he did — about 18–20 posts. However, once inside, the employee scanned the receipt and told him that none of the items he brought in were on the receipt and that they could not return them. This was very shocking because he had just purchased the materials not long before and had the original receipt. He asked if they could review the cameras since this involved a large amount of money in materials, but they refused. He also spoke to other employees who said the situation should be fixable, but when he spoke to a supervisor, they also refused to help or look into the situation further. My father has been a loyal Lowe’s customer for years, and this experience left him very disappointed and upset. We are not trying to cause problems — we simply want someone to look into what may have been a scanning error and help resolve the situation fairly.

this store has the worst parking situation going on. Whoever did didn’t think this out properly, it’s not working you’re gonna have to move the bags of extra stuff you guys have that’s taking up half of the parking lot. You’re gonna have to move them all closer together or something because I don’t even like to come here anymore. It’s 8:30 in the morning and I literally am having to park half a mile away. This is ridiculous. Something’s gotta change. You gotta get a new manager. make all the staff park in all the spaces being taken up by those bags of whatever, but this is crappy. I will start going to Lowe’s in Myrtle Beach. But the younger guy in the paint section was super nice so maybe I won’t. I don’t know.

We went in to check the status of our order as well as making other purchases. We were directed to the " return" desk and when we arrived both cashiers were attending to other customers so we waited directly behind the customers that were being waited on.. After a few minutes several other customers arrived to return some items and they formed a line to our right. Soon a third cashier arrived, her name was Gail, looked right at me and motioned to the first lady in line to step forward. I asked her " You know I was here before her, why are you waiting on her first?" She sneered at me and said," You need to be in the line. Go to the back of the line." I said to her ,There wasn't line when I got here. " She refused to respond to me. We had been waiting for about 10 minutes and now we're told to go to the back of the line??? I said " No thanks....we're leaving. On our way out a customer in line offered us a spot in front of her...even she knew we were there before the line formed. I said " Thank you....but no. We're done with this store. We'll go to the store in Myrtle Beach. In the last month I've spent over $ 6000 at Lowes. I will not spend one more penny or one more minute of my time in the Surfside Store. I've arranged for my contractor to pick up my order, and I'll do my shopping at the Myrtle Beach store or at Home Depot.
