    Went in looking for a particular leaf blower that was on sale but they were out of stock so after Consulting the store Mngr Cori and Matt they offered me a much nicer brand and matched the sale price of the one I was looking for! I can't believe how these guys went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! I will be a Lowe's Customer for life!! On a Scale of 1-10 I give this store a 10+!! JC

    I bought a rug. The first te was awesome. The gentleman offered to rewrap it so it would fold to a small size to fit in my car. He unrolled it, rolled it to the shorter side, wrapped it in plastic, folded it in half, and helped me put it in my car. This day, the rug I wanted was displayed on the table. I asked for help and the employee rolled all the rugs on top of it off onto the floor, picked up my rug and wondered around trying to figure out where to out it all the while complaining that he needed to pick up the rugs off the floor. Another employee came over with a household size of sararn wrap to put on the rug which was by no means rolled to fit in my car. I asked him if he could please roll it on the machine and wrap it so I could fold it to fit in my car. He did, but when he finished he just stuffed it in my cart unfolded. I picked it up and was trying to fold it while he just stood there and watched me. I finally asked him to help and he walked over, folded it, stuffed it in the cart and walked away. Everyone was very rude and attacked as if I was bothering them at work. Such a huge difference in experience from my first purchase to my second. If they had been reversed, I wouldn't had gone back to buy another rug. I have bought a total of 7 rugs from Lowe's. I am horribly disappointed in this experience!

    I had to leave a review to shout out William (I think he is the Mgr in the tool department) for his expertise & exceptional service he provided me today. I truly appreciate such great service especially in our society of carelessness. Also, I met Ms Nina (i think she is new) but her energy & smile was contagious. It was a pleasure meeting them both. I will return when im back in town.

    They are a nightmare! I ordered a microwave and they're installer installed it knowing that the door wouldn't be able to open. I've been told for 3 weeks that they were going to replace it and switch the microwave out and that it was going to be ordered I've been told that several times I just got a call from the installation company 2 days ago asking me what I want to do about the microwave after already being told it's been ordered. Lowe's will literally steal money from you and they don't care and they don't try to make anything right after they've completely screwed you I spent $500 between the microwave and the insulation and even tipped the installer 30 bucks only to be completely ripped off I don't have a microwave that works and I spent $500 and Lowe's won't do anything to make it better I've talked to several managers they're all a bunch of liars none of them have done anything that they've said they were going to do and I hope they all get fired
