I’ve been spending tens of thousands of dollars at Lowe’s over the years and saving up points from their rewards program. This year they decided to delete them all and put me back at 0 after saving up since 2022. This resulted in over $1000 of rewards stolen from me with no warning or communication. All of my company receipts go to my company email that I have on file. They are trying to tell me they emailed me to my old email on file from years ago. which is 100% lie. There’s nothing there and nothing in spam either. My two biggest pet peeves.. liars and thieves. If they want to return my points, I’ll take this down. But if this is up, their customer service did not do what’s right.

This place has changed. Used to be one of the best Lowe's stores. To me, 5 stars at Lowes is Buy Product Without Issue / Return Product if needed / Pay what is due for purchased product. Anything else is a bonus. This store has failed on the 3 fundamental things that make a Lowe's good. 1. As you check out, they literally stand over you and watch every single item be scanned. It is such an uncomfortable shopping experience. They aren't there to help, they are there to monitor every movement as if you are actively trying to steal from them. If you do not want customers scanning things themselves, open real registers. It got to the point where I stepped back and asked my shadow to just help me by scanning everything because. 2. I did a large project and needed to return the overages. Not a lot... 4-5 items. The casher at returns made it seem like it was the biggest inconvenience and the restocker walked over and made snarky comments about having to put the items back. Not a joke... a legitimate snarky comment about adding to his workload. 3. I ordered items for pickup. It was a large order and one of the items was missed. No big deal. Went back and bought it. 3 days later, I got a notice that it was in the locker. Called the store to tell them to cancel it because it was no longer needed... 2 weeks later I get an email that it was successfully picked up from the locker when I was 1,800 miles away from the store. I called the store, was put on hold for 30 minutes then disconnected. I called corporate and they told me it had to be handled at the store level and someone would call me back by the end of the day. That was 3 days ago with no call back. I finally had to just dispute the charge. Not sure what is going on in this store, but it is different, frustrating, and is not where I will be going moving forward.

You guys keep putting returned items back in the boxes and putting them on the shelf.. ITS SO ANNOYING!! I'm tired of buying something to come to find out it's missing screws or the manual, I live a hour away I can't just go back there to get a refund! The fact that you deleted my 106k points at the end of the year makes me not even want to shop there! Recently just got you guys back for all the trash customer service you do and got a price match on a 1300$ welder and got it for 899! So the hell with you guys!
