No humans really want to help. I avoid this business. At one time I would spend over 100000 here. I give my business to Home Depot and Ace Hardware and Walmart now. Always someone there to help. The younger crowd recipe doesn't work without some wisdom of an older employee to show them how to treat a valuable customer.

120825. First time here. Clean & well stocked. Went to appliance dept. To get a new fridge water filter. I was looking at the filters right in front of the computer terminal counter where 5 or 6 employees were standing, no one said a word to me as I searched. I finally grabbed one & moved off to the side with it & got my phone out to see if it would fit & compared the pictures I took of the old one. Finally a man named Nikki asked me if I needed help. Im not sure if he just walked up or was there the whole time. I explained, showed him the pics. He helped me, rang up my purchase & i was on my way. All the other employee's were still busy jaw jacking with each other. Thank you Nikki!!
