He installed the lock in 30 minutes and didn't bother to clean up the huge mess he left with metal shards everywhere. He sent me and invoice for $450 that was never mentioned before and overcharged me for the bad job he did. I called him to understand why he charged so much and he just argued with me to pay it now. He then sent me text threats to not be a smartass and that I better pay it. I then proceeded to talk to his manager and even the manager was now arguing with me to pay it. I eventually got them down to $300 which still seems overpriced for the job he did. This whole business is a scam and they overcharge for bad jobs. Overall terrible experience and would never recommend this place.
