- RRRay RayNov 7, 20252.0Was looking into renting a unit from this location and went to check it out in person. Pros- Woman at front was kind and very customer oriented. Cons- -What they have advertised as a 6x 6x space is defiantly not, it is at least a foot smaller in both directions -They require you to buy monthly insurance which is a minimum of an extra $12 a month -Their locks are a specific kind so you are not able to bring your own which you will be charged an extra fee of $20 -They have an admin fee for when you sign up that is non refundable -There were ants in 1 of 2 of the units I was shown I was pretty disappointed with all the hidden fees and charges and the fact that the units were smaller and had ants. If I hadn't of checked it out before renting it online I would have been very sour. Again 2 stars for the incredible lady at the front desk!

She goes above and beyond for her customers, she keeps the property very clean, and is constantly checking in being so friendly when we're in passing on the property. Anything needed for the several years I have rented at Cannon Road, she has provided top-tier excellent customer service to me. Extra Space is very lucky to have her on the team.
