He extends the most professional and pleasant demeanor with customers. He makes you feel sincerely cared for and your business appreciated. I am over a year late in writing this review, that I thought was done a week after meeting Jeff. I was planning a move to another state when I went to rent storage unit and met Jeff the first time. Because my move was personal rather than job relocation, I had to cover all costs. While completing storage rental, I mentioned to Jeff how stressed I was with arranging the move on my own. He completely put me at ease relating his recent move experience. He gave me the contact information of his mover with assurance all would go well. I contacted the mover and the experience was as wonderful as Jeff assured. I have relocated for work all over the country and this mover rivals them all. He had to divide items from large house into two U-Hauls - one for storage and one for relocation to another state!!! It went flawlessly, by far my best move ever!! This year I have not been able to close out this storage unit as planned. Rent has increased significantly. But Jeff continues to make doing business at this location positive. His company is very fortunate to have such a high caliber manager and quality person in charge of the day to day business operation. I would highly recommend this location because of Jeff. That is not something I do lightly. And my recommendations are taken seriously for that reason. Kudos to you Jeff!!!
