He came out to the vehicle, I provided my ID, and he explained everything to me regarding cost. Afterwords he took me and my friend around to the entrance. He showed my friend where my unit is given my hurt leg. When we came back with the furniture I didn’t have my account fully set up to get a code to access the door so he assisted with that. Great customer service was provided and I thanked him personally, and now publicly!! Highly recommend, and this is a new building so everything is very nice.
