The rates were also very reasonable but since Extra Space took over, the rates skyrocketed and the “security” gave has never worked. It’s always open during the day and was told it was broken but being “fixed” but that’s been months! Brandy used to be the manager and was very nice, kind and helpful but she’s no longer there after being there for a long time. Jeff is now the manager. I had an issue with a rate increase and he helped to resolve the huge increase that I was going to have. This location is very convenient but not sure I’d recommend them because of the “security” gate issue. It’s not very secure when the gate is always open!

After a recent move and delayed mail forwarding, I didn’t realize my unit rate had increased and I panicked when I found out. Jeff took the time to listen, validated my concerns, and immediately put in a request to lower my rate. He followed up personally to let me know it was approved and even secured the lower rate for 6–9 months, giving me time to sell my items and regroup. This lifted a huge burden off my shoulders. This is what real customer service looks like. Thank you, Jeff!
