- BLBianca Little6 days ago5.0Extra Space Storage is an ideal storage facility to store any belongings. I like the fact that they have units that are temperature controlled so I don't have to be concerned with anything getting damaged due to humidity. It is much more affordable than the unit I rented from a family owned storage unit facility while I was living in upstate NY. After reserving a unit Heather assisted me with my move in. Heather was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, patient and had great communication. When I first reserved my unit as I wasn't immediately ready to move in for a couple weeks and she followed up with me to determine when would be best for me. Once I was ready to move into my unit Heather helped me every step of the way, showing me two different units so I could choose which would be best for me, how the lock key operates, which door would be best to access my unit as well as where the moving carts are. The facility is clean, bright and secure/safe because you need to use your personal code to get onto the gate property and into the building. These moving carts come in very handy so you can make less trips from your car to your unit. Overall my experience has been great and I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage on Loyola drive, Myrtle Beach to anyone looking for a little extra storage space.
