    I was treated rudely by Lowes employee named Joseph. He bumped into me and kept walking without hesitation and never looked back to apologize. When I confronted him, he denied everything. Refused to make a formal apology. When I spoke with Manager named Ben, he just thought it was a joke. I called Sean Chapman the store manager and got no response. Have called Corporate twice and got no response.

    I arrived at Lowe’s on 17 north on or about 6:15 with an action plan to buy a GE front loader washer and dryer set In addition I am disabled I have a broken collarbone and a fractured shoulder, and I’m recovering from surgery to connect my hand I asked when to fine the section .help never arrived employees were on their phons. If this is acceptable employee behavior I understand. I’m on my way to Home Depot.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (If I could give more, I would!) I had an outstanding experience at Lowe’s North Mount Pleasant thanks to Brenda Asby. I’m working on a custom desktop project for my home office and had a creative (and admittedly complicated) idea: an L-shaped corner desk using chevron-pattern butcher block, with the pattern flowing seamlessly in the same direction across both sections. Pulling this off required careful layout, measuring, and serious creative problem-solving. While I was laying countertops out in the aisle and trying to visualize everything, Brenda walked up and offered to help. At first, I thought the idea might be too complex to explain—but I’m so glad I did. Brenda immediately understood what I was trying to achieve. She even mentioned that she previously worked with fabrics, so pattern flow and alignment made perfect sense to her. Brenda spent the next 30 minutes with me measuring, planning, laying out 6-foot and 8-foot countertops on the floor, checking boxes, writing down dimensions, and making sure everything would come together exactly right. Her patience, expertise, and attention to detail were incredible. Truly, I could not have accomplished this project without her. As if that wasn’t enough, she also discovered that the countertops I wanted were discounted—which was the cherry on top. Then she helped load everything onto a cart, walked me to the front, and made sure someone assisted with loading them into my car. Thank you, Brenda, and thank you Lowe’s North Mount Pleasant. I’m a customer for life—and I feel like I made a new friend. I’ll be sending Brenda a photo once the project is complete! Six stars still wouldn’t be enough.

    I was injured by a Lowes installer during a washer and dryer instillation and Lowes has ignored my dozens of attempts to reach them to cover the cost of my medical bills. I had a microwave dropped on my foot and ended up in the hospital with a $1400 medical bill. The instillation partner company assured me that all of my costs would be covered and then stopped responding to any of my calls or emails. I cannot believe a company as big and profitable as Lowes is refusing to cover a medical bill for a client who spent almost $4000 and ended up injured by one of their installers. Truly a horrible way to treat a customer. A photo of my injury is attached.
