I love the staff here. Have met alot of them over the years, and they really do a great job. The store is clean, and laid out like lowes-

I was fully unaware that Lowe's removes ALL packaging from their products at their warehouse before loading them on their trucks! They do this so that they have move space on their trucks. All cardboard & styrofoam were removed from our refrigerator at the warehouse! I only found out now when I reviewed my ring camera and watched the delivery men off load it with only the blue film on the doors for scratch protection! How do I know that this wasn't a floor model or a repackaged product?
Our refrigerator started malfunctioning only a few hours after installation. But, because we called 12 hours after their 48 hour return policy that have decided that we must deal with manufacturer on our own.
They initially offered an exchange or have their technician check it out. I said their technician could look at and as long as it was a simple repair without part replacement then we would keep the refrigerator. Their technician inspected it and said it needed to be replaced! As he left our home a Lowe's representative called us immediately and said they read the technician's report but that they were not going to exchange the malfunctioning refrigerator but that rather we would need to seek remedy from the manufacturer!!
I have found Lowe's to be a company that does not practice good business practices, poor customer relations and bad business ethics.
