I had a microwave dropped on my foot and ended up in the hospital with a $1400 medical bill. The instillation partner company assured me that all of my costs would be covered and then stopped responding to any of my calls or emails. I cannot believe a company as big and profitable as Lowes is refusing to cover a medical bill for a client who spent almost $4000 and ended up injured by one of their installers. Truly a horrible way to treat a customer. A photo of my injury is attached.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
