John, Anthony, Seth And Tanner Arrived And They Explained The Entire Process Of Inspecting Appliances After Unboxing Through Installation And Testing. John And Anthony Moved All Appliances To My 2nd Floor Condo And Installed. They Were Professional, Skilled, Knowledgeable On Every Appliance. The Refrigerator Was Too Big For My Area And I Had To Put In A Request For Refund And Tanner Handled The Process Of Contacting The Dispatch So That I Could Go Back To Lowes To Find A Smaller Size. They Took The Refrigerator Back Right Then With No Problem At All. There Is Not Enough Accolades I Could Use To Describe The Top Level Service I Received. Lowes And This Team Are Beyond Exceptional.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
