- CLCheryl LiberatiJan 18, 20263.0Very disorganized the day of my visit. Boxes all over, in almost every aisle. Seemed like mass confusion. Bathroom had toilet paper on the floors and the toilets could have used a good cleaning. The staff were complaining to each other a out the work. Not a pleasant visit.
- GLGrand LDec 30, 20251.0The oldest lady in the fabric section who works there is very unnecessarily rude. She sprinted up to me today and basically yelled at me saying the Valentines day fabric was NOT on sale. I hadn't asked her or spoke to her once, and I was very unsure why she would be so aggressive about it... but since she brought it up I said "the sign says all fabric is 30%", so then she got even MORE aggressive saying that its not and she would call her manager over (I didn't ask her to do it). I said it's fine no worries I'll get it another time. Then when I got other fabric she was rolling her eyes and huffing and clearly not happy which I have no idea why. I'm hard of hearing, and she said one fabric was 70% off, and I said "oh wow thats great 70%", and she got even angrier saying there were too many numbers in her head and she didn't mean 70% and got like mad at me. It was so uncomfortable that I just left. Ironically in life, another hobby lobby (in North Charleston) told me ALL fabric is 30% off today including their valentines day fabric. But just a sour experience tbh.
