The BEST part of the whole experience was the Extra Storage Space representative. Her name is Aurora and she was so professional, courteous and sincerely concerned that my customer satisfaction was her main objective. She explained everything, double checked my application and ensured that my rental was perfect. They say that customer service is a lost art but for Aurora it is job one and it was a pleasure interacting with such a pleasant, caring individual. Thanks so very much!!!

I brought my own! Second month they more than doubled my rent. They said the on line deal they sold was only good for 2 months! I had rented a locker and they took it from $50.00 to 135.00. To get $75.00 they put me in a small and narrow 5x7. I had to pay upfront for 2 years to keep it at $75.00! Place is a total scam. No leadership whatsoever. No one to call in a management role. Just staff that quit within a few months.
