- MHM H6 days ago5.0Went by today and was unable to find peat moss or perlite. Spots on the shelves were empty. A person named Madison helped look the items up, tracked them down on the top storage and got them all in a timely manner while being extremely polite.
- JCjanet carterMar 30, 20265.0John was working way too hard in the garden center. He was the loader for all the much. That guy was doing up and beyond his call of duty. He needed a helper out there. Mulch on Sale 5 bags for 10.00. Ppl were getting 10, 20 , 30 bags. We waited in line to pick up our 10 bags for about 30 minutes bc the guy in front was getting 30 bags. I felt very sorry for JOHN bc he was working so hard. We tried to tip John and he totally refused to take it. Please get that boy some help out there especially when you have a big sale like you did today. John was very polite and apologized to us for taking so long Thanks Janet R Carter

I came in twice yesterday to purchase a freezer and couldn’t find anyone to help either time. First around 5pm then again shortly after 8pm. Both times I circled the appliance and surrounding areas to find either a call for service button or an employee and could not find either. I ended up walking to the front desk to have someone page and waited a few minutes and still nothing so I left without making a purchase. Not sure what the young ladie’s name was at 8pm behind the desk but she was super polite and helpful.

- JPJezzica PriceMar 9, 20261.0Could not provide service for cutting keys that I've gotten done there in the past. Kid was extremely rude about it. After we tried explaining we have blank keys, it's been done at Lowe's several times for us in the past, and we know that things could go wrong (we would've been fine if one key was at least attempted), the lack of even trying sent us straight to Ace hardware. Where you simply just have to sign a form stating if something goes wrong it's not on them. Grabbed two items since we were there and then got hovered over by self checkout. I'll stick to my side of town going forward.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
