  BUYER BEWARE: I found the exact sofa I wanted, in store, on the showroom floor, comfy, perfect size, beautiful color. Unfortunately, you cannot purchase floor models and there weren't any available in the warehouse, so the sofa had to be "special ordered". I made no changes or upgrades to the sofa. They did explain that there were No Returns on "special orders". Because of my trust in the brand, I moved forward with the purchase. I waited 7 weeks for delivery. Later, on the night it was delivered, once I had the opportunity to sit on the sofa for a normal period of time, I quickly discovered how uncomfortable the sofa was. The sofa was unbearably hard. I had trouble sitting on the sofa for more than 15 minutes. The sofa I received was markedly inferior to the showroom model. The cushion density and overall support in the delivered unit wasn't comparable to the sofa I sat on in the store. I returned the next morning to discuss my options, but found out quickly they had no intentions of doing anything to resolve the issue. The store manager simply reiterated the store policy, "No Returns on Special Orders". So, just beware. I would not buy anything from them that they do not have to stand behind. In addition, even if you purchase a piece of furniture that can be exchanged or returned, it's your responsibility to get it back to the store. They will not come get it.

  Darby was so much help. I am a returning Lazyboy customer but have never heard all the information he provided. He was very detailed in his explanation of the product and helped me put together a package for 2 different houses that we can’t wait to get delivered!

  Very disappointing. We purchased a new dining room table, 6 chairs, a sofa and two additional living room chairs. The sofa is beyond uncomfortable. I called 5 days after delivery and cannot make an exchange because the sofa was ordered in a different leather than on their floor, rendering it a “custom” order. The comfort of our sofa compared to the one in the showroom is night and day. The room is beautiful, but horrible to sit in:(. Such a waste of money.

  Superior product to other recliners. We didn’t think we’d be able to find what we wanted in our budget, but Melissa was the right balance of professional, casual, kind, and knowledgeable. Her followup was perfect, I was transparent with our needs and boundaries, and she found the perfect fit. Made sure we didn’t feel claustrophobic when discussing, but was accessible for final questions. Great experience and product, highly recommend!

  La-Z-Boy needs to do better advertising. I got my entire living room furnished with quality furniture and intrest free financing for less than I would have gotten if I purchased from Ashley or even rent-a-center (and way better quality). Bree and Dayna are a phenomenal team. Listened to my desires, kept my expectations realistic, and actually gave me a comprehensive plan to make my home look stylish. They merged what I had, with what I wanted, and gave me a true product. Daynas interior design expertise is worth 1000s if you hired a private interior designer, and she did way better than my last one.
