    Went to this Lowe's today 12/23/25. Found my product and went to the self checkout to pay for my item. I'm a veteran and used the military discount feature. All was going well until I had to scan my license. Twice the scanner didn't recognize the barcode on my license. I called the associate working the self checkout and told her the problem I was having. She scanned it and it went through. I took it from there and paid for my item. Printed the receipt and the military discount was on there. Put the receipt in the bag with my item in the bag and walked out of the store. When I got halfway across the parking lot I heard a female voice yelling toward me. I stopped and this associate told me my transaction didn't go through. I knew that wasn't true and walked back to the self checkout register with her. I was getting angry at this point. She showed me the price on the screen and I promptly pulled out my receipt and showed her my transaction. The very one she assisted me with. The price on the screen and what my receipt showed was completely different. She looked at it and realized she was wrong. The thing here that really angered me was her zero amount of apology, and never admitted she was wrong. She only put the receipt back in the bag and handed it back to me. Never said she was sorry. Nothing. I failed to get her name and now wish I had. This is the first time this has happened at this location. In the past the associates were much more helpful and above all competent. This girl was big time incompetent. Ruined the rest of my evening and took me a long time to calm down. Needless to say I will not return to this location. I will go to a different Lowe's in the future. This associate should be fired for making this kind of mistake.

    We were trying to purchase a chainsaw that we reviewed online. 4.5 stars. Lowe's had it. It was locked up. After 5 calls for an employee to help. No one showed. Their loss. Customer service SUCKS at this location over and over. Buying from a competitor instead.

    Don't go to the black friday line they allow people to sit in their cars while one person waits then 30 min before the store opens people crowd the line. If you can't stand out and freeze with the rest of the people that do it the correct way then you should have to go to the back of the line not cut the line when its time. Watched at least 20 people jump line right before they gave out tickets for the buckets
