    Had to ask three times for someone to be called to help unlock a tool. And the nice lady at the front kept calling for tool help. Finally the guy who came ended up coming over helped someone else and then talking about football for 15 mins and when asked if we could get assistance said after he was finished talking. Finally had to get someone different as we had been waiting for over 20 mins. That is ridiculous.

    I needed some lumber cut to fit in my truck. There was no bell/button at the cutting station. I went up to the pro desk to have someone paged. While waiting after the page, 2 employees came out of the back lumber storage area and didn't even acknowledge me. these 2 employees went on to use the forklift to get something off a high pallet. After waiting over 10 minutes, I went back to the pro desk to have someone paged again...another 10 minutes went by (now for a total of over 20 minutes) and no assistance. I went back up to the pro desk a 3rd time and this time asked for the store manager. This prompted the pro desk employee to call the lumber employee directly. The pro desk employee said someone would meet me at the cutting station. Another employee who came to the pro desk when I asked for the store manager, said very loudly as I was walking back that I needed to learn to wait my turn. So not to my face and not quietly to the other employee, but very loudly and rudely. I had waited my turn. The 2 lumber employees had every opportunity to at least acknowledge me as they were going to use the fork lift, they chose not to. They also chose to ignore their pages instead of at least coming by to say that they were busy with something (not another customer) and would be with me shortly. And that random employee hanging out at the pro desk who had no idea how long I was waiting or how the lumber employees had completely ignored me had no business loudly telling me to my back that I needed to learn to wait my turn. This was a terrible experience all around that could have been easily avoided had the lumber employees simply acknowledged that they were going to get to me shortly and certainly if the employee lounging at the pro desk had kept his voice down or his uninformed thoughts to himself. Maybe I was in the wrong and maybe I needed to learn to wait my turn, but the passive-aggressive loud talking behind my back is not how to deal with this. I wish I'd paid attention to his name tag, but I didn't. This experience has really made me consider cancelling my Lowes credit card and start shopping at Home Depot.

    My family and I were trying to purchase a microwave and all the microwaves of the bran we wanted were damaged, we tried 3 different microwaves, and for our trouble the customer service clerk Hunter and store manager Ross helped us out by doing a price match plus a discount on another microwave. These guys have excellent customer service across the board.
