We found my furniture in less than 5 minutes. In an effort to be thorough, she showed me a few other pieces, but it wasn’t necessary. I’m very excited to receive my furniture in a few days!

Delivery worked very hard to keep new furniture dry while delivering in a storm. Great customer service. (Let’s cut down on the number of prom emails.)

I requested and requested multiple times saying I wanna make sure I get the pet friendly fabric even if it costs more.I was promised.Yes, this fabric is pet friendly, and the water beats up. That's what you're getting. Total BS. As soon as any liquid or moisture hits the couch.It's like a sponge. I don't even have five seconds to wipe it up before it absorbs in. I've already complained about this and tried to file a warranty claim on the stains, I now have, but but they seem to get ignored. I regret purchasing from them and I'm extremely upset that I requested pet fabric so many times and was told, that's what you will be getting. And that is absolutely not the case. It's not what I have. What I have is terrible!

They keep you informed during the entire process and listen to our ideas, etc and were NEVER pushy. I am so excited about all they have done to create the room of my dreams that flows so perfectly! Best decision ever for us was asking through the doors of La-Zboy and being greeted by Bree!
- SNSharon NortonFeb 26, 20262.0I purchased the floor model fabric sofa and loveseat in 2022. Took a little while to be delivered, they said it needed to go back to factory for the fabric protection. I don’t think it was done at all because after six months it was already showing pilling fabric, a stain that want go away, not very comfortable, squeaks and makes lot of noise. It also has battery (which doesn’t work well, to raise the foot and recline. I had wonderful experience with them on forest drive store in 2005 I think, a recliner couch, and two recliners that held up well. I wish I’d never got rid of them but had to to get the so called sale price. This will be my last purchase from lazy boy.
