- MMMark Moody3 days ago2.0Jan 8 placed an order to frame my certificate. Work order did the artwork is creased/wrinkled. Long story, the system defaults to that regardless of what the shop manager tried. No biggie. He lined it out and initialed the forms. I wanted the top and sides to have the same about of mat, with a bottom heavy. (More mat than the other 3 sides) Go pick it up and the top mat border is thinner and the sides. Tell the guy, wrote down how it's suppose to be. Calls me the next day. Too much mat on the top. Have to get the shop manager to look at it and order mats. So. Another week to wait for it. I should have brought it in months ago so I could have it before the end of the month. I went in 3 weeks in advance.
