  Service was great at first then when my rent doubled one month. I called to ask why it was so much they said everyone's was going up. I asked a friend who also had a unit there. There's had not raised. This started a back and forth between me and the management till I had no choice but to move my whole storage unit to another location Wat a hassle. Don't waste your time with this place there a scam. The hassle of moving everything again was the most aggravating part of experience.

  Terrible rates and when my unit was broken into they told me I was lying. Why would I lie about my lock being open and my property missing. They manager was rude and disrespectful.

  On or about my first month as a tenant at the storage facility located at 120 North Point, management informed me that I could no longer rent a unit there. Despite this, my business, BMR Repair, remained listed on the account, and my name was associated with the unit as part of that business relationship.Subsequently, I was charged with trespassing while accessing the property, even though my business name was on the account and I reasonably believed I had a right to be there. At the time of the incident, it was approximately 10:00 p.m., and although I did not have documents on me to prove ownership of BMR Repair, the unit had been used for my business and was associated with my business name on the account.While I was incarcerated for approximately two months following this trespassing charge, the facility claimed that I owed rent for that same period. During this time, the facility contacted my phone asking for my ex-girlfriend, who was listed as the primary account holder, even though my business was also identified on the account. The facility later auctioned off the contents of my unit, claiming that I owed nearly 400 dollars, despite the fact that I had been told I could not continue renting there and that they would not accept my payment for the following month.Management at the 120 North Point location has, in my experience, engaged in misleading and potentially unlawful practices. These include:Informing me that I could not continue renting, then later claiming I owed additional rent.Refusing to accept rent payments while simultaneously asserting that I was in arrears.Calling me about the account while also asserting that I was trespassing on property tied to that same account.Failing to provide written rules or policies to support the actions they took or the restrictions they imposed.Allegedly allowing certain individuals to live in their units in apparent violation of standard storage facility policies.Filing what appears to be a false or misleading police report to have me removed from the property, without providing a clear, written explanation of why I was no longer allowed on-site.Given these facts, there appears to be a contradiction between the facility’s refusal to continue my tenancy and accept my payments, and its subsequent claim that I owed rent and its decision to auction off my property on the basis of that alleged debt. This raises serious concerns about the legality and fairness of the facility’s actions, including the trespass charge, the claimed rental debt, and the disposition of my stored property. Wouldn't communicate with me through email or phone. And how you gonna say i wasn't on the account if you don't check. I was there when. We were checked in and moved my tools in there. And personal effects. That can't be bought momentos from all my dead friends and family. Do not rent from this place they have new managers and they are liars and thieves.
