- MMMalefic MavenSep 15, 20253.0Reviewed before and gave a five star, I am dropping it to 3. Trying to call is a joke, you sit on the phone until it hangs up. The two men, Travis and I believe his name is Kevin (forgive me if it isn't) are the reason I return to Aaron's at all, especially this location. Evelyn is a pain to deal with and she doesn't listen when you answer her monotonous and imbecilic way of speaking down to you. I would rather deal with anyone else. Mr. Travis and his coworker, though? Incredible customer service and incredible compassion and care. These two know how to be professional and know what the definition of customer service means. Perhaps their lashes are thin enough to see their behavior. Not sure.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
