Still they charged me $350 for absolutely nothing. My truck had to be towed to Chevy for it to be done right all it needed was a key. They keep saying my truck has mechanical problems which Chevy dealership inspected my truck and there was nothing wrong other than keyme locksmith didn't do the job right. And they keep saying to contact them which I've been doing for over a week and they won't respond. It's a scam

They literally rescinded the $100 out of $350 after saying we would be taking action to dispute and report to the BBB. You sent a 3rd party that did not fix the issue, you need to pay for the faulty work. Why should I pay $350 then $475 to fix what didn’t work with $350? Bills are coming up, you are so cruel. $825 is a paycheck. And all of working class know it takes two paychecks to cover the rent. The lady on the phone lied and says the invoice says the truck has issues. It literally says replaced 2 keys.

He made 3 keys and didn’t know why the chips didn’t work. My truck got towed to chevy and they said there is not even a chip in the key. Your locksmith lied. Now they tried to tell me we will give you $100 back but I said no I’m taking you to the BBB and they hung up. The representative kept saying it must be a mechanical problem, and that the invoice stated it. The invoice stated they had to make 2 REAL keys, not that the truck had a problem. She lied about the invoice like she can’t read. That’s what paying $350 gets you with this company. Never use them. They also rescinded our $100 back. So we are $350 out on top of $475 to get it done right.
