The location is convenient but the entire place is scattered with rusty nails/screws and metal pieces. Also rebar sticking out of the ground. Every time I grab my trailer I have to pray I don't get a flat tire. Photos are of what I've picked up just around my trailer.

I would like to start by saying that due to the experience I had I am rating it at a one star. However being a management positions my entire life, I understand that the business is not the manager and the manager is not the business. However this manager is not helping this business whatsoever. Overall the facility is not bad, I rented a large garage space to use as a location for my carpentry business. One of my employees was working at the location and what corresponded next was nothing short of crazy.
My employee was sanding some cabinet doors inside of a tent while using a vacuum attachment so that no dust was to escape the area. If I'd have known that absolutely no work was allowed to be done, he wouldn't have been in that situation in the first place. However when the manager called me at first, she had said that it was neasicary to move the work outside to avoid any dust settling on the vehicles stored in the same area. I then told my employee to do just that but when the manager showed up at the facility, my employee was verbally attacked when approached by her... it was so bad that he had to immediately call me because he did not know what to do. upon speaking with the manager in a typical and professional manner, I was spoken to as if I was a child and as if Miss Becky the manager, was God... on drugs...
By far one of the most unprofessional and disturbing experiences at this storage facility, all due to the manager’s outrageous behavior. What began as a simple, easily resolvable situation quickly spiraled out of control because the manager completely lost her composure.
Rather than addressing the issue calmly or professionally, she began screaming and cursing at the top of her lungs—completely unprovoked.
I asked that she refrain from speaking to my employee and myself in this manor and was no escalation on my part to warrant such an aggressive response. In most cases, if a client had done something wrong, a reasonable manager would issue a warning or discuss the matter first. Instead, this irate manager flew off the handle and abruptly gave a two-week notice to vacate. Then to top it all off, I was still charged a full months rent even though we were forced to move in half the time. I was assured that once we moved out, I would have been refunded the remaining amount for that month($200). That was a lie... When I turned in my key and I asked the lady at the front desk about how or when I would receive my pro rated rent refund, I was told that she wasn't able to do it. Then when I asked her why was I told that I would be refunded over email but now in person I'm being told it wouldn't happen, the hostile manager "Becky" started screaming from the back office. Once again I was back in that, over the top, unprofessional and unprevoked situation that I found myself in previously. So I quicky tried to deescalate the situation again but without any success, I decided to cut my losses and I left the office.
I was never issued the refund and then over email I was told by the nice lady at the desk, that I would in fact be refunded, but only for the amount of the deposit for the key to the building($40). However I also was never refunded that amount either.
The manager is an irate person who flies off the handle very easily. Not only will they overcharge you and keep your money but they will also make you feel so uncomfortable that you will drop the situation just to avoid dealing with that person.
This behavior was not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable for someone in a management role. It created a hostile, uncomfortable environment that no customer should have to deal with. If this is the standard for how customers are treated here, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your storage needs.
