    Our experience with the installation department at this location was extremely disappointing. We ordered a microwave, and the delivery and installation took over a week. During installation, the technician damaged a gas pipe. We noticed a gas smell immediately and brought it to his attention before he left, but he dismissed our concern. The next day, when the odor became stronger, we contacted the gas company, who confirmed there was a leak. We then reached out to Lowe’s, and their team came back only to uninstall the microwave. No assistance was provided to help us find a plumber or resolve the issue. We had to arrange and pay for a plumber ourselves to fix the leak. As a result, we were left without heat and hot water for an entire day. Even after resolving the issue, Lowe’s has yet to reinstall the microwave and has informed us it will take another week. This level of service is both unacceptable and irresponsible. We made multiple calls and sent several emails, all without any meaningful resolution. The manager and staff were unhelpful throughout the process. What is most disappointing is that, despite being long-time customers who have purchased high-end appliances from Lowe’s over the years, we were treated with complete disregard.

    I recently spent about $6000 in the last two weeks at Lowe’s Indian Land South Carolina. I’m sorry to say that two of the orders got totally botched. The first one was custom blinds. I ordered custom blinds because I wanted them To fit, they didn’t the same person came out and measured and installed so obviously he doesn’t know what he’s doing. So I asked for them to send out a specialist somebody who knows what they’re doing and I’m waiting. I got the call and made an appointment. I hope they can straighten this out because Daylight at the bottoms and tops and it looks like crap. The second issue was a $2200 LG refrigerator delivered installed. It had a dent in the door. They told me it would be replaced and somebody would call me within 48 hours. Nobody called nobody messaged nobody text. I check all my email my spam. Everything nothing I called three times to try and get somebody there. finally they’re supposed to deliver it make the exchange tomorrow. We’ll see how that goes. I don’t have any confidence any longer in Lowe’s in Indian Land. I used to use them exclusively for my needs, but I think I’m gonna have to try someone else maybe Home Depot I hope somebody reads this that has some kind of clout because you really need to take a look at communication and you need to look at professionalism people out of delivering your product were absolutely stoned out of their mind. You could smell the marijuana on them I don’t want that to happen again this is a guy driving a 18,000 pound truck. It becomes a weapon when somebody is stoned think about that? It could be a huge Against Lowe’s If somewhere to be killed or injured because somebody behind the wheel, stoned, dangerous situation.

    I placed an order for kitchen cabinet on 2/25/26 and website stated order estimated delivery to my home on 3/30/26. Surprise, no delivery. I paid for the order on my Lowe’s credit card. I tried to track it but tracking # provided is not recognized with the shipper which is FedEx. Upon calling the store they have no way to track my order. WHAT? There is a huge disconnect somewhere that in this day and age Lowe’s cannot track an order I placed with them! Has it fallen down a big dark hole? Don’t place any orders with Lowe’s if they cannot guarantee shipment date and provide a bonified tracking # with the shipper. Hugely disappointed with Lowe’s!! I will never order again! I only hope that by some miracle my order does arrive in the near future. Update: I went to the store and talked to the woman in the kitchen cabinets that I ordered from and she was able to help me with all the information on delivery and who was going to contact me, etc. So apparently when I called, they didn’t connect me to the kitchen cabinets as I asked. I received a call today and my cabinet will be delivered on Friday. I’m so happy I personally went to the store today.

    I went shopping for my Instacart customer tonight 3/19/2026 and it was late 30 mins before they close and I can not tell you how good it felt! to be treated so nice from so many staffs that work there ! I am not sure why everyone is so happy working there? but, they are truly happy and know how to treat there customers. They went out of their way to make sure that i had what I needed for my customer and I really appreciate that! One I really want to give a shout out to is EMILY !! she was so sweet and help my found what i needed after I looked three times and she magical found it so quickly , lol I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me ! It was like it appeared out of no where lol .She definitely put a smile on my face and she smiled too it was a great experience.Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart !! :)

    I had a really good experience at Lowe’s Home Improvement. The store was clean, organized, and easy to find everything I needed for my project. The lumber section was well stocked, and the materials looked straight and in good condition, which was very important for my DIY project . Tools are available without having to wait for restock. One thing I liked the most was the customer service. An employee in the building materials department helped me locate a few items quickly and even used the system to check inventory instead of just guessing. The checkout process was fast, and the self-checkout area was open which saved time. Parking was easy, loading area had plenty of space, and I was able to get in and out without any problems. Prices were about what you expect for a big store, but the convenience of having everything in one place makes it worth it. Will come back for my next project
