  At first, I thought I was off to a wonderful experience at Liberty Wallpaper working with Ruth. She was incredibly helpful and spent a lot of time ensuring I found the perfect addition to my living room. The store's selection is truly exceptional. However, I am very disappointed with the final transaction. I provided the exact dimensions and diagram of my wall, relying on the store’s expertise to calculate the order. Unfortunately, I was oversold by a full double roll. Since I'm now being told after-the-fact that the paper is non-returnable due to a timing issue that was caused by the store incorrectly ordering my chosen SKU and delaying my installation while a 2nd corrected order was entered, I am stuck with $154 worth of unused product. While I love the wallpaper itself, I feel let down by both the over-calculation and the store's previously undisclosed-to-me policy to accept back the special order product caused by their own errors. I’d recommend the store for their variety, but I suggest double-checking the store's recommended measurements before ordering.

  I found Liberty Wallcoverings and Blinds by accident. The blinds installed in my newly purchase home stopped working, so I had to get them fixed quickly. John and Chris were both very helpful and considerate with me and my dilemma. They suggested I bring the blind in because the motor might need to be replaced. So I did. John checked the date of sale and said this top of the line Hunter Douglas blind might still be under warranty which meant I might not have to pay the $500 + for the repair. He called and checked and as this blind was quite new its warranty was still active!! So all I have to pay is shipping. THANK YOU LIBERTY!! You will be my go-to wallcoverings/blind folks from now on!

  Outstanding service and professionalism! Their selection of wall coverings and shades is enormous and covers all palettes!! I originally only planned on two rooms but that quickly expanded to 5 rooms and I expect more to come! Everything on schedule!!! I recommend them highly!!

  Ordered several different models for bedrooms and the remote blinds for large front windows. I walk by them everyday with a double take on how wonderfully they have finished off my villa. This family had great patience through my selection process, a quick turn around and quality installations. I am beyond pleased and happy to work with a family owned business that is still in the family! Thank you!

  Liberty Wallcoverings and Window Blinds was the first place I went when I bought our home 12 years ago. All the blinds are still beautiful, some have required restringing and adjustment and Liberty has been there for us. Our home is a rental as well as the place our family vacations, so quality is important. Every window blind is still perfect. I would never consider consulting with or purchasing from any other company.
