When one cabinet had a damaged door George was quick to try to fix then replace the door but it didn't match to our satisfaction. Mike at the store , without question gave us the option of the floor model or a new one. We had our cabinet the next day and were very please with our experience. We highly recommend Carolina direct and will be back there again!
