I purchased a love seat and sofa from the Arron’s store in 2024. I had some issues with the back cushions on the love seat where it discolored and caused a burn like pattern from the sun that came into the window in April of 2025. I signed up for what they call a peace of mind protection program. The peace of mind was a lie. It’s through a 3rd party not directly through Aaron’s. The first issue is they claimed they attempted to contact me and they did not contact me at all. They then denied my claim and I disputed it through the proper channels that they informed me of in the only communication I received. They then rejected my dispute because they said it had to be in writing sent to their PO Box and no other way even though their email stated there was other ways to dispute it. The next issue is I called into corporate to voice my concerns and issues that I had and I had to call multiple times to even get a call back from someone. They came to the conclusion that they would just replace the back cushions without the approval from their 3rd party protection program. Now we get into getting the replacement cushions. They ordered them and I didn’t here anything from anyone for over 2 months. I finally called and they said it was on back order which is understandable. A couple more months passed and i still did not hear anything so I had to call back again. They finally got the information that they were shipped but couldn’t tell me when they would be in but was told that they would check and provide me updates. Another month passed with no communication so I called in again and got the same information. Kept calling in with no updates and no communications from anyone without me reaching out. So today after more no communication from anyone regarding when they will receive the cushions I called and they have informed me that the cushions weren’t shipped and that they now needed to order a whole new love seat just to get the cushions off and replace mine with them because something regarding limited order items etc. We are going on almost a entire year to have something that’s as simple as getting replacements cushions. So because the constant lack of communication from anyone and the time that this has taken to resolve this issue I give this a 1 star review and it’s only because I can’t go any lower. I also want to say if someone from Aaron’s reviews this and thinks I should call in to get this matter resolved you better think twice and pick up that phone and call me. Y’all have my information.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund.
