- WSwes subMar 15, 20265.0Gina in customer service always smiling and helping I had two transactions it was my first time getting a credit card and when you do get a new credit card you get 20 percent off your first purchase.I had 1000 limit bought some wood ending up spending 600 dollars and something but I could not use the wood because it was not treated I spoke with someone over the phone at pro desk and said that they would still take care of 20 percent after I returned because it was my first purchased some I came there spent 800 this time with me returning lumber the credit card did not cycle 🔁 back on the card because in was still in the same billing cycle so I had to pay the difference which would not me under the limit of my credit card balance .so I work 14 hours days so I look back at new receipt and notice my 20 percent wasn’t on there the manger gave me a hard time but Gina was very respectful and helpful as always she deserves great recognition for great customer service the only reason I will leave 5 star on my review is because of customer service not because of the manger should listen more before jumping to conclusions ass Assess the situation mines was easy but the manger was maken it complicated my situation I returned something it wasn’t right the employee pull the wrong lumber I returned I got the right stuff and purchased more which help the store in cost and sells I bought my receipt showing that 20 percent wasn’t on there it was a human mistake I understand stand that …manger wasn’t helpful but Gina in customer service was great 3/15/26
- GGGWDSC1Mar 5, 20261.0Waited for a considerable amount of time to have some bags of mulch loaded into my truck. After toll where to park, no one came. The guy on the forklift even said I think that’s the guy for the mulch. Eventually park my truck went in and got a refund to a very unconcern manager named Aaron. Zero customer appreciation, zero willingness to even listen. If this is the future for Lowes, I sure hope a Home Depot comes to town.
