    Our local lowes has typically been so great. However, we bought a custom door from them and paid for installation - they hired Crume Installations to complete this work and it has been nothing shy of a complete nightmare in which Lowes has done VERY little to fix. Lowes hired Crume to do the install back in May. Crume failed to show up numerous times to our property during scheduled appointments. Finally by October they arrived to do the install in which the contractors damaged the custom door, cracked our transom, destroyed the frame of the door AND installed the door misaligned to the point in which it does not close. After mentioning these issues the first response on-site was "so youre not going to give us a good review?" They then tried to remedy the issue by placing a 1in board between the frame and the door and carved in larger door knob wholes - ruining custom door rendering it useless for the numerous repairs that need to be addressed due to their complete incompetency and lack of skill. After we asked these contractors to leave our property and called lowes for remediation they said theyd send another contractor to inspect the issues. Again, after numerous no-shows to our scheduled appointments, finally we get someone to come out to inspect the damage- and to our utter shock and disappointment, they sent the SAME people that did the damage to our home out to inspect the "issues". There was no way they were coming into our home again and sent them on their way. We called Lowes to discuss this and they had the audacity to say we delayed the process. How could the individuals that caused the damage inspect the damage from an unbiased perspective?? Again we requested a new contractor come and inspect the damage so we can begin the repairs and refunds to which they have canceled and rescheduled us twice. Today they managed to not show up again. There is so much damage to the frame, door and inside due to Cumes lack of skillsets. We have to tape this door shut to keep bugs out and other elements - wind/rain. After several months of waiting for this project to start and now waiting for an inspection so we can start the repair process I cant say this with enough emphasis - AVOID AVOID AVOID any sort of installation work through Lowes.

    Placed a order Lowe’s said it would be the next day… next day came never saw my order… and when I called to see where they were I was told they didn’t have them in stock it would be here 6 days later than what I was originally told…. Haven’t really had a good experience either time I’ve went there
