I waited 40 minutes to get help for something that takes less than a minute. I didn’t even get the help, even though a manager said she was coming. The employees were nice, helpful, and apologetic, but the management needs to take a serious look at itself and how it treats customers. The words and actions from the manager were disrespectful and unprofessional. Do better.
