- CTCoRtEz ReAl TaLkApr 9, 20211.0I asked the store account manager to provide me with a 12 months payment history for my mortgage lender, she provide me with one but it didn't have the company name listed, my mortgage lender asked me to get with this company to provide a payment history with their name listed because why would any company give a customer a payment history that doesn't have their company name listed on it. I contacted April again to advise her of this, she never contacted me back. I have filled a complaint with BBB, now awaiting for them to respond. I will never do business with Aaron's again because of their associates is not professional nor concerned about their customers, before anyone spend their hard earned money with this company please do your research, they want your money but when it comes down to them providing you with a simple payment history with their company name on it, they can't provide something this simple.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
