My wife and I have an old Buck 26000 model wood stove that was manufactured in 1979. Well, wouldn't you know it, but during the ice storm last weekend the blower motor decided to take a crap on me. I checked around and to my surprise I found this wonderful store in Greenwood which is about an hour drive from me. I called the day before I went and I spoke with a delightful young woman named Anna Davis and she said they had the part that I needed put my name on a list. Last Friday I went up there and I got my motor a new fan blade and a couple other little pieces and brought them back to fix my wood stove. Everything went rather smoothly except for when I tried to put on a cast aluminum junction box cover on the back of the fan. Because the old fan motor was smaller, I had to modify it significantly and unbeknownst to me during the modification and reinstallation I pinched a wire and blew the motor up! Today I called, which is exactly one week later, and went there to meet with Anna again and got a new motor. I came back home and put it in and everything is fine and dandy. It is quite a delight to have a business with people like her that are very accommodating and know what they're doing and they have all the parts for the wood stove that I need. I'll be going back to get some more things in the near future. I highly recommend this place, but I would caution people that if you need gas logs or wood stoves when is freezing cold and snowing is not the time to get them, They had people in there buying gas logs and wanting them installed that day which is not going to happen because there was a huge wait list. Regardless, it's a great store with great people who provide wonderful service.

I had a great experience with Buck Stove Pool & Spa in Greenwood, SC. Kacy and a few other staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly from start to finish. They took the time to understand my situation, gave me multiple options, and never once tried to push me toward the most expensive choice, which I really appreciated.
They also went above and beyond helping me resolve a shipping address issue, walked me through a return and what to expect, and quickly made sure a missing item was sent out to me. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I would absolutely recommend Buck Stove Pool & Spa to anyone looking for honest advice and excellent support.

Hard to even give a review. Since Nov 15th I Stopped in 3 times before I got someone to ck my hot tub. Was supposed to get a call w a quote. I called them a few times and and after a month from their visit...nothing. Thanks for nothing Greenwood Buck Stove. Zero stars.
Been 2 weeks since I posted, the response by Buck stove was just like all the calls I placed…nothing. They should at least tell me they don’t have a clue so I can plan what I will do.
