    The technician was excellent. Gave me great instructions on how to change out my refrigerator filter. The factory instructions were wrong and I broke a filter because the instructions from the factory were wrong. This young man was very helpful and I appreciated his good customer service.

    Wonderful service! I called first thing at 8 am and the technician was here just after 11 am! Fast and kept area clean! I will certainly keep their information for further issues and recommend them highly! Thank you for such fast and great service!!

    Called and spoke to Tony regarding repair needed for my Whirlpool Washer. He was able to get me worked in on the schedule, same day. For a Monday, that is miraculous enough, but he also called me back and let me know about what time the Technician would be there and that the Technician would call me 30 mins in advance. I was able to get home from work and be there when the Technician(Jesse) arrived. Jesse quickly diagnosed my washer, fixed it and ran it to be sure running properly. I was able to quickly get back to work, assured that my washer was fixed and could be used when I arrived home after work. I could not ask for a better transaction, from beginning to end. Tony was the absolute best customer Service person I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. Even though I had to make the call to try to get my Washer fixed, Tony's expert customer service skills and wonderful personality made my day and was such a Blessing to me. Then Jesse arrived and I was Blessed again. His expertise, customer service skills and great personality were over the top. The Olde Homestead is top notch and I will definitely use them again, since they work on all appliances. Thank You so much Tony and Jesse. Both of you were true Blessings. Keep up the Fantastic work.

    This was my first contact with the Old Homestead appliance repair service. The gentleman in the office, Tony, was very helpful and efficient. His follow-up call was on time as was the technician's phone call to let us know he was on his way. Cliff (tech) arrived and was able to get our appliance running until necessary part comes in (on back order). Cliff diagnosed the problem and explained the issue clearly and offered a couple of solutions. Our choice. No pressure. GREAT service all the way around.

    ***HIGHLY RECCOMEND*** After what felt like an exhausted search of trying to find someone who will diagnose and repair a Samsung refrigerator, I stumbled upon The Olde Homestead appliance repair through Facebook recommendations. With only a few recommendations, I hesitantly reached out as soon as they opened. Within 3 hours of calling for service, a tech (Cliff) was diagnosing our leaky fridge, completing a repair, and on his way. Cliff was quick and efficient. Hopefully I don't need appliance repair again in the future but if I do, I'll definitely call The Olde Homestead and ask for Cliff. These guys are a hidden gem!
