    The customer service is very poor. I asked about the warranty service, but they told me to call customer service. I spent 3 hours on the phone, and they kept transferring me from one line to another without giving me any answer. Meanwhile, they kept asking me many questions

    This was one of the most frustrating pickup experiences I’ve had, and it completely defeated the purpose of using curbside. I placed a curbside order specifically because the items were heavy and I recently had arm surgery,I physically can’t lift much right now. When I arrived, the curbside check-in system wouldn’t work at all. It just kept redirecting back to the homepage, so I had no choice but to deal with it manually. My wife went inside first to try to handle it, and instead of helping, they told her to go through the regular pickup process. Then they changed direction again and said I had to come inside with my driver’s license. So now I have to get out of the truck, get my kid out of the car (which is already a hassle with one good arm), and go inside only for them to not even check my ID in the end. From there it just got more disorganized. I had to explain multiple times that this was supposed to be a curbside order and that I couldn’t lift the items. At one point an employee reset our wait timer for no reason and walked away mid-conversation. Another employee brought the order out but still didn’t understand it was curbside, and when I tried explaining again that I couldn’t lift anything due to surgery, she literally walked away while I was talking. I had to call her back just to be heard. Eventually a younger manager stepped in and handled it correctly by bringing the order out, but by that point the entire experience had already been a mess. What should have been a simple curbside pickup turned into a drawn-out, stressful ordeal with poor communication, inconsistent instructions, and zero coordination. If curbside pickup is offered, the system needs to work and the staff needs to actually understand how to handle it,especially when a customer clearly explains a physical limitation.

    This review is not for the specific location below, but for Lowe’s phone support process in general. Quite honestly, it is easier to get someone from the IRS on the phone than it is to reach anyone at Lowe’s. The AI call system is poorly designed, frustrating, and ineffective. Even when it finally transfers the call to the store, the phone simply rings without anyone answering. This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the company as a whole.

    Kerry was super helpful helping us pick out the appliances we wanted/needed! Professional and gets the job done. The delivery team was equally exceptional. Diego and Steven showed up, put everything together, and got it all installed within a quick and efficient time. Appreciate all the support from Lowe's!

    I recently purchased a piece of plywood at Lowe’s on Woodruff Rd., Becky in customer service listened to my situation regarding my lawn chairs and was very kind and friendly. She found someone to assist me. That person was named Rick. He was very cordial and even made sure I was getting the right product to be used in the seating of my outdoor furniture. After that, he cut the pieces for me. I could not get the leftovers from the plywood in my car, so Lowe’s allowed me to leave it there. When I returned later to get some more cut outs of the same piece of plywood, a younger gentleman helped me. It seems like his name was Hunter, but he was extremely cordial and helpful too. My daughter was with me from California and she remarked she had never seen such nice helpful people. I really do appreciate everything they did to help me. I highly recommend them.
