- SSSalvatore Spadaccino4 days ago2.0I had rented a storage unit a month prior to needing it. Now partially my Fault I did not go to the address of storage but a local one for verification. The day of move I called to get gate access code(Sunday). The first Customer Service rep was Great gave me code and told me to have a safe trip. It was over 200 miles when my movers got there they were Denied access. I called back and was told I couldn’t get that I should use a different company!! They were rude and just nasty.
