I didn't realize it for several hours because I was busy. When I called the main office to tlet them know, the person was dismissive didn't really make any effort assure me they would resolve the problem. Rather than wait, I pulled the refrigerator out myself and plugged it back in. The service tech called me later that night and, again, was very friendly and apologetic. So, overall, my experience was good, but I paid full price for imperfect service and the initial response to my problem could have been light years better. I would still recommend them.
