He came to repair our washer and while he was there, he diagnosised our fridge that had an issue which started the day before. There was an additional fee to check out the fridge, which was expected. The technician was polite and well informed. This was our second time using their services and would highly recommend them. Great to see there are still good honest companies out there!

To completely fix the problems we were having, they had to come out 3 times, but we were only charged for the initial service fee. They exceeded our expectations and I would recommend them to anyone.

Another appliance repair company wanted $200 to just remove cooktop for diagnostics & said they would have to come back with 2 men before they would touch it & whatever repairs were needed would be additional charge. Chris at The Olde Homestead was able to test various things & located a loose wire in the junction box without removing the cooktop. I was very pleased & will continue to use them for all appliance issues.
