The repairmen showed up exactly when expected and were very professional. The first gave me options on repairs and when the part came in the second repairman performed the service wonderfully. Would definitely recommend.

The technicians at this appliance repair shop know how to troubleshoot. I had a complicated issue with a combo microwave/oven unit. While it took several different trips, they were able to fix the issue, and only charged me for 1 troubleshooting service call, and only charged me for the hardware that was needed to fix the issue. Along the way, the technician was knowledgeable and was able to explain the logic used to determine root cause. I would recommend this shop and would use them again.

I had three appliances that needed to be looked at. The first was an icemaker that would only crush ice. The second was an overhead hood vent moter that needed to be removed and replaced with a new one that I purchased online from the manufacturer. The third item was the oven that was sounding an alarm and showing an error code that indicated a problem with the touchscreen. I knew there was a problem with the touchscreen panel because I looked up the error code online and figured it would need to be replaced. When I called, I was told I would receive a multi appliance discount and that the oven may possibly be able to be repaired. They charge a fee per Appliance and then labor. When the technician arrived, he spent a couple of minutes looking up the error code and telling me that the fix was to replace the touchscreen panel. For this information that I already knew but was told they may be able to fix it, I was charged $125 because he "looked" at the appliance but never did any actual work on the oven. The total repair bill was $395 for 1:45 of labor. I was quoted a price of a little over $1,000 for everything if I wanted the oven touchscreen replaced. The work done was fine, but I believe I was overcharged for the oven. I will order and replace the part on the oven myself at a much cheaper price. Before you call them, do an AI search on your product model and any part that you believe may need to be replaced.
