He asked questions about our sleeping habits so he could recommend the best option for us and was very accommodating in finding out the best sale price and what they had in stock. He set up a mattress similar to ours with some disposable sheet so we could lay down and try the pillow how we normally sleep. We weren’t ready to buy yet, but will certainly be back to see Nikki when we are!

- DSDebra SimonsDec 18, 20251.0My husband and I experienced wonderful customer service in a Greenville, SC Tempur-Pedic store, but that is where the good news ended. We were building a house in South Carolina and discussed with the salesperson that once the house was finished, the mattress would be delivered there. We made the purchase for the very expensive mattress over the phone using a credit card, and within minutes recalled the salesperson in the store had told us we could purchase the mattress with a 0% loan. I called back and was told the sale had gone through, but they could refund the money. It took over one month and many calls to the store to get our refund. We had already started paying the loan and also had to pay the full balance for the bed on our credit card before the money was refunded. OK, a nuisance and anxiety, but it was resolved. But, then, when we had already moved to SC and were in a rental property as we waited for our house to be finished, we learned that pillows and a mattress pad had been delivered to our old address in Massachusetts. We asked the store to confirm that the bed was heading to our new house in SC and was told not to worry. A few weeks later, we got a call from the delivery team telling us to choose a delivery date for the bed to be delivered to our old home in Massachusetts. Now they have to get the mattress from Massachusetts to SC. We will likely be moving into our new home next week without a bed to sleep on as Tempur-Pedic cannot seem to manage the simplest of transactions correctly. I would be very wary of purchasing anything from them again.
