After a sizeable bill, and no one asking how my dog is( can you i.agine if that was a child?) I did notify corporate, and have a claim number.. Anyway, I had heard nothing, in 4 months.. No how is your dog, or we will reimburse you for the $600. + vet bill. Just a give us another chance... Can you imagine that? Justice for Pina!

Shazaad at this Lowe's saw us looking at the lumber selection and approached us to ask if we needed any assistance. We didn't have to chase anyone down or feel like we were putting anyone out. Shazaad was knowledgeable, helpful, professional, patient, and friendly. Thanks to him we were able to knock out our custom shelving project with confidence that we had the right materials for the job. Thank you so much! These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
