Curbside pickup flat out ignores the phone everyday. There’s no point in this store having a phone the only person you’ll reach is the operator and she will constantly put you back in a loop just to get her again after 5 minutes of ringing smh.

Love the Boiling Springs Lowes. The one in Spbg. I Gave a bad report, where my dog picked up a rat poison pellet off the floor.
After a sizeable bill, and no one asking how my dog is( can you i.agine if that was a child?) I did notify corporate, and have a claim number.. Anyway, I had heard nothing, in 4 months.. No how is your dog, or we will reimburse you for the $600. + vet bill. Just a give us another chance... Can you imagine that? Justice for Pina!

I recently went to Lowe's with my Mom for supplies for a home improvement project. When I tell you that I received the best costumer service I've had in years at this Lowe's, I am not exaggerating.
Shazaad at this Lowe's saw us looking at the lumber selection and approached us to ask if we needed any assistance. We didn't have to chase anyone down or feel like we were putting anyone out. Shazaad was knowledgeable, helpful, professional, patient, and friendly. These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
