- RDRob Dov3 days ago4.0We are on our 3rd love seat. Each one that was delivered had a crooked center console cover. The service at the actual store was very good, but when this 3rd love seat was delivered with crooked cover, a service tech was sent to “fix” it. He said he could drill more holes to move the cover but then the stability is compromised. The only other option…was to do nothing. That is all we knew to do at that point…nothing. But, I did want to leave a review that stated there must be something wrong with the assembly of this particular piece of furniture. Thus 4 stars as I feel the quality is not quite what I had expected from Lazy Boy.

The next day I came back and picked it up and they put it in my car for me. Here’s some free marketing advice when they told me everything was made in the USA that really sealed the deal for me. I think all your commercials should say that made in the USA !!!
