- JRJ RFeb 26, 20261.0My husband bought a recliner there. I looked online and at most it would be $1200 if he chose leather but he was charged almost 2300 with tax for the ugliest chair ever and get this, their so called leather is recycled and looks like naugahyde (sp?). It was a gift so I said nothing. Now, only 2 years later, it needs service. They use one service center in Rock Hill for the whole state and the lazy woman that answers the phone is one of those that don't help customers at all, we've all experienced this. They don't want the work. Don't waste your money there. The furniture is no better than any other walk in store but the pricing is higher and their service to customers sucks and repairs are over priced.

With that being said they sold it and loaded it in my truck!!! Great place for doing that. I’ll definitely be back for future furniture purchases. If you have something in the showroom for sale they need multiple items of what they’re selling. Great transaction

She was knowledgeable and provided several options including materials selections and colors. She also provided terrific follow through on the products that were immediately available and also on those that I ordered. I am lounging in my Barons Power Wall recliner while I am writing this review. I am thrilled with the products and wanted to highlight Marlene’s attention to detail and responsiveness. The entire team was polite professional and responsive. I have shopped this store well before Google had customer reviews and I will be back.

Amber and the Designer Helped us explore our options In the end, Sarah really helped us with our final decision and helped us through the process of working through the delivery and payment options. The team was very warm-spirited and helpful. I don’t think it was just because it was Valentine’s Day.

He presented pros and cons. We left satisfied and proud of the purchase of an electric recliner that matches a rocker/recliner we purchased at the same location 5 years ago.
