  Jorge and James delivered a new refrigerator and tv stand. They were unavoidably detained on prior deliveries but they kept me advised of the delay. Upon arrival they worked quickly and effectively to remove the old appliance and bring in the new fridge. They were professional , helpful and insured all my questions were answered. The salesperson was equally professional and I appreciated his candor and recommendation. Over all a very favorable experience! Unfortunately the delivered refrigerator never got cold so Monday I called to report the issue. By noon a replacement refrigerator was delivered by Kevin and Rick who were also very professional, prompt and made certain the unit was cooling when they left. I was so impressed by how quickly the service department responded to the problem and the quality of all the employees I spoke with throughout the organization. 5 stars fur all!

  Very happy with my appliance purchases and delivery. Gideon was our sales person, and he helped us through our appliance buying experience. We really appreciate his incite and the time he took helping us make decisions. Rusty Gibson and Alan McDonald handled our delivery and took the time to unbox and inspect each piece before they left since I was not quite ready for them to be installed in my new home. I am very happy with the whole experience.

  I just had a new refrigerator delivered and installed three days ago from Jeff Lynch Appliance in Greenville SC. Had a few concerns about the way the doors were closing, and the freezer door on the bottom was sticking and wouldn’t go in well without a hard push. I called and they set up a service call for me easy Peezy. Jorge and James. Came out today and took their time to see exactly why the freezer door was having a problem, shutting and repaired it something about a little piece of plastic, I don’t know exactly. But when they left, it worked wonderfully well. I had concerned about my open doors for the fridge top side they worked and work and even called back to the store to make sure if there was anything more than they could do. They couldn’t change what I didn’t like, but they between them and the store I see now that that is how it’s going to be. So I need an attitude adjustment.😀 had a question about the icemaker that makes the custom ice and while he was here, we weren’t quite sure how to do it, but he just called me to tell me on his lunch break. He researched it and he explained to me how to get the ice balls to work thank you, Jorge. I will never do business with any other appliance store, but Jeff Lynch after this great service call!

  After checking out the website, I called Joe Jordan at Jeff Lynch Appliances and requested a quote for a particular dryer. He found that it was available in their inventory, and he set a delivery date for two days later. Joe emailed the invoice and the rebate documents immediately after our call. Jorge and James carefully and efficiently removed our old dryer and installed the new dryer and new hoses to our washer, as the dryer has steam settings. Before leaving Jorge gave us a quick tutorial on the dryer settings and checked for hose connection leaks. We were very satisfied with their service.

  I recently purchased a power recliner from Jeff Lynch Appliance and Furniture Center in Greenville, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and truly customer-focused. The sales process was easy and enjoyable, and I was especially impressed that my recliner was delivered the very next day. That level of efficiency is hard to find! They took great care during delivery and setup, making sure everything was perfect before they left. Their positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out.
