    Kitchenaid Purchase from retailer Jeff Lynch Prior to retirement, we decided to upgrade our kitchen appliances. We purchased the Kitchenaid suite including gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator model KRMF706ESS. We placed the order on 7/31/21 but waited on delivery of the refrigerator until 4/9/22. We purchased the extended warranty (expires April 2026) on all appliances thru Jeff Lynch. All service requests were initiated via phone call to Jeff Lynch who contacted service technicians (either ASI or Appliance Grand Master. We placed our first refrigerator service call because the fridge section was not maintaining the set temperature. The Appliance Grand Masters technician addressed the issue. He informed us to maintain uniform air flow we should avoid pushing items too far back in the fridge and take care not to block the vents in the center of the fridge unit. We placed the second service call in June 2024 because the freezer section was not maintaining the set temperature. The Appliance Grand Masters technician addressed the issue. We lost lots of food, and Jeff Lynch provided $100 reimbursement for the lost frozen food. We were losing trust, so we purchased a $600 garage refrigerator as a backup; we also purchased digital thermometers and GoveeLife WIFI Hygrometers so we could monitor the temperatures via Smartphone. We confirmed the accuracy of the Hygrometers with the digital thermometers. We placed a third service call in June 2025 because the right side fridge door seal was torn at the top and bottom. The Appliance Grand Masters technician replaced the seal. We placed a fourth service call in December 2025 because both the fridge and freezer sections were not maintaining the set temperature. The fridge section was freezing items, and the freezer section temps would spike. The ice maker stopped working. We had to wait on parts to be ordered and we were patient thru the holidays, storing the majority of food in the garage fridge. We visited Jeff Lynch January 5 to inquire if they could offer any remedy for the recurring refrigerator issues. We had hoped they could at least provide a prorated allowance on this $3800 unit toward a simpler side by side model. The service manager was not available but we were told to expect a call. The next day my wife called to inquire. The service manager, Chris Hendrix, implied my wife was lying about the number of service calls. He said he showed only one service call prior to the December 2025 request. He offered no solution and was extremely condescending to my wife. I made a trip to the store and received the same condescending treatment. He attempted to minimize the temperature fluctuation issues and discredited the digital history captured by the hygrometers. He indicated they were scheduled to replace the parts January 9. My wife called ASI to confirm, but ASI relayed they had told Chris the service call was scheduled for January 13; however, the ASI technician made arrangements and replaced the parts on January 8. My wife had requested service records from Appliance Grand Masters the month prior and was told she would receive them by EOD; however, when my wife followed up she was told Jan 10 she was “not allowed to provide them” and to contact Jeff Lynch. To add further insult, when the ASI dispatcher called my wife’s cell yet asked for my confirmation. As a customer, should we interpret these instances a collusion between retailer service departments and service companies? I assured Chris we would never dark the doors of Jeff Lynch again. I understand the majority of their business comes from local builders. I would strongly encourage those local builders to consider what their customers will face in the future when they place appliance service calls.

    Frank Lopez was friendly and informative with the different choices on sofas and love seats. He handled the financing with details about different plans and options getting us a great deal. Patrick and William were excellent! Quick and professional. Delivered and set up our furniture with care. Assured the quality and functionality before cleaning up and hauling off the packaging. Thank you guys!

    I recently had my order of a washer, dryer and refrigerator delivered. The whole experience was great. My sales person Micha was very helpful and my installers Justin and Phoenix did a great job of installing everything. They were skilled, kept a good sense of humor and took great care not to cause any damage to my floors or appliances. I was impressed with how well everyone communicated with me thru the whole process. I am confident that if any troubled arise I will have good service.

    Today I bought a brand new Refrigerator and dishwasher, since my old refrigerator gave out on New Years Day and the old dishwasher gave out years ago, the next day I went into Jeff Lynch and bought a new refrigerator and left the store around 4:20 pm, they came and delivered the new refrigerator by 4:50 pm and they were great! Patrick Smith and Jorge Colindres were moving efficiently and intelligently around the house, they knew the doorway was to narrow to move the new refrigerator in and removed the front door with caution and also reinstalled the door when they were done, also Patrick greased the door hinges so that it no longer squeaked. Couldn’t have asked for a better process, other stores wouldn’t even have delivered in the same day, let alone in under an hour! All is left is to wait a few days for the dishwasher, since they didn’t have the model in stock, but anyways hope it’s Patrick and Jorge again, they were flawless!

    Jeff Lynch Appliances sold & delivered a refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and microwave. The delivery was delayed to the end of the day due to some schedule challenges and difficult property access. None the less, they installed the appliances and left. The next day, we realized the refrigerator was noticeably out of plumb. We called Jeff Lynch and they cheerfully scheduled a service call to correct the problem. Kevin & Wilson arrived as scheduled, and after much study and evaluation, they were able to resolve the matter, resulting in a delighted customer. Thanks for the extra effort to make things right instead of giving up. Much appreciated!
