  After checking out the website, I called Joe Jordan at Jeff Lynch Appliances and requested a quote for a particular dryer. He found that it was available in their inventory, and he set a delivery date for two days later. Joe emailed the invoice and the rebate documents immediately after our call. Jorge and James carefully and efficiently removed our old dryer and installed the new dryer and new hoses to our washer, as the dryer has steam settings. Before leaving Jorge gave us a quick tutorial on the dryer settings and checked for hose connection leaks. We were very satisfied with their service.

  I recently purchased a power recliner from Jeff Lynch Appliance and Furniture Center in Greenville, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and truly customer-focused. The sales process was easy and enjoyable, and I was especially impressed that my recliner was delivered the very next day. That level of efficiency is hard to find! A special thanks to the delivery team, Kevin and Rick. They were polite, professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They took great care during delivery and setup, making sure everything was perfect before they left. Their positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. It’s refreshing to receive such outstanding service. I highly recommend Jeff Lynch to anyone looking for quality furniture and a top-notch customer experience!

  We LOVE Jeff Lynch! You truly can’t beat their prices, and the level of customer service far exceeds anything we’ve ever experienced. Jessica in furniture is an absolute gem. She is incredibly talented, has such a great eye for design, and genuinely treats you like family throughout the entire process. Justin and Drew on the delivery team were outstanding. They were professional, courteous, and extremely careful with both our furniture and appliances. Everything was handled with great attention to detail, placed exactly where it needed to go, and set up perfectly.

  Our 14 year old Kenmore Elite washer and dryer finally died, so I had gone on the hunt at the local box stores looking for a washer and dryer. My wife and I had pretty much narrowed down which set we wanted and were headed back to Lowes when my neighbor showed up needing a favor. I told him what we were doing, and he referred us to Jeff Lynch. I am so glad that I listened. I called the referred sales rep the next morning, and ordered the appliances over the phone. Within an hour, I received a call saying our delivery had been scheduled for the next day. Rusty G. & Alan M. showed up and promptly took care of business. They installed our new set, tested everything out, and showed us how to operate the basic features, then they loaded up the old ones and they were off. Less than an hour. I was very impressed with the service from sales thru installation. We will definitely check out Jeff Lynch for our next appliance purchase. Keep up the good work! Thank you! cs

  I ordered a recliner on December 20, 2025. I was told it would be here in 2-4 weeks by A. On the receipt, the delivery date is January 2. After 4 weeks, I called and asked about the chair. I was told by A that it was going to be a couple more weeks. I called back and talked to B on February 4, 2026, since A was not there that day. He told me the chair was getting ready to be picked up and would be here in early the week of February 9. I called on Wednesday February 11 and was told by C that there was an issue with rain and snow. I called BS on his remark based on the prior weeks conversation. He put me on hold for 30 seconds and came back and said it was in the truck and would be here this week. I went to the store the next day and asked about the chair in person. The guy that I spoke with, D, told me it was supposed to be here February 7 and it should be any day now. It is now Friday, February 13. I have not heard a word from anyone so I am assuming, going on Jeff Lynch’s knowledgeable employees, that it will be here next week. Never, will I EVER buy anything from Jeff Lynch again. I am still waiting on my chair and I really do not think this company knows where it is. Very poor service and communication.
