  Good store when it comes to supply and tidiness, but you should allot PLENTY of extra time for the checkout process. They almost always have only one cashier at the checkout when I visit and the line is always so long, causing a ridiculous wait time.

  The employees there are great. They are more than willing help find the merchandise you are looking for or willing to find someone to help. They do a great job on framing photos and art work.

  Hobby Lobby offers an incredible selection of arts and crafts supplies, along with a wide variety of beautiful home décor. Their prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality and selection available. The store atmosphere is clean, bright, and well organized, which makes shopping enjoyable. The checkout lines can get a bit backed up at times, as the point-of-sale system seems somewhat outdated and does not currently support touch pay. However, the staff members are consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive. Overall, my experience was outstanding, and I would definitely recommend shopping here.

  I’ve never met a more potentially friendly group of employees for it to be the worst service possible. I came for a return only for the return line to be backed up with a P.I.C standing there doing nothing but taking with customers. I then got sent away when we got to the register because we had fabric and needed a return slip from the fabric department. The worker in the department was incompetent forcing us to return twice to get the right paper to return. We didn’t even get the right paper and got a scribbled sticky note instead of the tickets that were sitting right next to the worker. I’ll stick to the Spartanburg location from now on.

  This location is okay, not as nice as the one in Simpsonville. It is always busy here. No matter what time of day you go there is always a line of people at the registers and never enough registers open. It seems like any register will handle returns, which sounds convenient, but usually they aren't easy and you wind up waiting in line for 10minutes to make your purchase because of the returns going on ahead of you. Employees are always nice, just wish they had more help and kept returns separate. Maybe add a few self checkout lanes (or a few more if they already exist).
