I had been in a car accident yesterday morning and needed a place to park my car until the tow truck got there. The place I had parked it originally was not a safe space and the tow truck was taking too long. Extra Space was about a block and a half away, so I called and Kirsten graciously allowed me to come and park there until the tow truck came. After all I had experienced that day, I so appreciated her kindness.
