  I needed a padlock for a very specific application. The gentleman who provided service was courteous, knowledgeable, skilled and efficient. Went the extra mile and explained the correct process and product for lubricating outdoor padlocks. Highly recommend!

  Rick was kind and generous to explain and ensure I fully understood my options regarding a lost key and what various options would cost so I could decide if it was worth it. We ended up with a successful solution which cost me a fraction of only the callout cost multiple other locksmiths wanted. Super happy to have the lock operational again, but even if it hadn't worked out so well, the service was stellar!

  Company was very flexible as to setting up my appointment to install a new code lock on my door. Dale was the technician and he was very personable and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.
