    Looking for something. Go to Lowe's they got it. DIY projects get it there. Need help with a project or advice they have that too.

    I quit shopping at Lowe's Home Improvement after noticing the Flock Cameras in their parking lots. I refuse to be spied on by a "big brother" camera system. Do better Lowe's, use your own internal camera system, but do not contribute to massive 1984 type spying.

    I recently placed a Lowe’s order for fencing supplies, and unfortunately, it was split between two stores with no time to fix the issue before my installation began at 7 a.m. the next morning. My experience at the Northwoods location was frustrating. After checking in and being told my order would be brought right out, I waited about 40 minutes. However, I do want to sincerely recognize Mr. Trip—without his help, I truly don’t believe I would have gotten my order loaded at all. His effort did not go unnoticed. Still needing the remainder of my materials, I rushed to the Goose Creek Lowe’s and arrived just 10 minutes before closing. What happened next completely turned my day around. Eric, Robert, Belinda, and Tanya—along with two other gentlemen who helped a bit—were nothing short of incredible. Even after the store had closed, this team stayed and made sure I was fully taken care of. I felt terrible for keeping them late and apologized several times, but they reassured me with kindness and genuine care. Their willingness to go above and beyond meant more than I can put into words. I even wished I could tip them for their hard work, but since I couldn’t, I want to make sure they receive the recognition they absolutely deserve. Lowe’s—these individuals are exceptional. Their customer service, compassion, and dedication are exactly what every customer hopes for. I am truly grateful, and I won’t forget the way they showed up for me when I needed it most.

    Educate your employees. If you work in plumbing section. At least know basics. Overheard a line of bs walking by. Associate telling a customer Something totally screwed up

    I had an outstanding experience today at the Pro Desk, and I want to specifically recognize Val for going above and beyond in every way. From the moment I walked up, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me get exactly what I needed. This wasn’t a simple order—I had a full materials list—and Val handled everything smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. She made sure nothing was missed, helped coordinate the order, and even took the extra step to connect me with a trusted contractor, which is incredibly valuable for someone in my line of work. What really stood out was her attitude. She didn’t just “do her job”—she cared. She made the process easy, saved me time, and made me feel like a priority customer. That kind of service is rare. Because of Val, I’ll absolutely be coming back to this location for future projects and will be going straight to her for help. She represents exactly what great customer service should look like. Lowe’s is lucky to have her.
