    If I could give zero stars I would. My stove broke down a week before Christmas so I went to the goose creek Lowe’s to buy a new one. Had to speak to the associate twice to get her attention away from her night before conversation with her coworker to help me that was the first mistake in experience. Then I ask for it to be delivered my old one to be taken away , install the new one and give me the warranty. No problem . Well that wasn’t the case. The guys came to deliver it which was on time and great and I asked aren’t you installing it. No we only deliver. So I call up to Lowe’s to find out what’s happening and she said the installation was never purchased that she couldn’t help me I had to come back up to the store. So again I go up there and purchase the installation that should have been on there in the first place, now first appt is 2 weeks after Christmas so no cooking for Christmas then. And they could do it from 8 to 11. Mind you I haven’t been able to cook dinners since then. So the installation day comes I have my 78 year old father doing me a favor to wait the 3 hours for the installation because I had to work. 11 o’clock comes around and no word from anyone. He calls me and I have to stop working and call Lowe’s customer service support . They were like basically we can’t call him or the company that they still show he will be out there you just have to wait. What is the purpose of picking a time frame then. Come 1230 the installer calls says he is finishing up a microwave and will be over soon this was at 1230. Then 330pm which is 3 and half hours after he was due there he now calls my father who has been there all day and says sorry they cancelled the installation because the stove is not at Lowe’s. Well of course not it sitting at my house for 2 weeks now. And tells him look I have lots to due tomorrow but I will get to you sometime and give you a call. The most worse customer service ever! I call Lowe’s after work because now my elderly father is so agitated and the customer service lady says there is nothing they can do they will send an email. I was like well they will have to come do it on a Saturday because I can’t put my father through this again. She was like mam they don’t work on weekends. You will need to wait to hear back from them Tommorow. So then I ask for a survey and she says there will be one at the end of this call about me but you can tell them about your frustrations also. Then the survey hangs up on me. Once this is installed I am closing all accounts with Lowe’s taking the remaining of my home repairs to Home Depot because NO one cares
