Worst Lowe's experience ever. I ordered a same-day delivery, and it shipped from this Lowe's. It said it was delivered. I have gotten the run-around. Everyone keeps saying I will give you a call back, and they will get it figured out. Five phone calls later and I am still out $80 for a product they failed to deliver.

I'm exhausted with the service at Lowe's. I went in the store and I may as well have been a ghost. I had to actually call a few times to get someone to assist me while at the store. As if that wasn't frustrating enough, I decided to order some plywood and set it up for delivery. They delivered one piece and the others were at the store. I tried to cancel the order and reset the delivery and they had the 3 plywood pieces at the store and said the 1 piece couldn't be cancelled because it was coming from another store. I called for a remedy and although the young lady was very sweet, she said that her superiors wouldn't send the remainder of the order without charging me another delivery fee. Yeah, I think it's time to shop with the Mom and Pops and Amazon. But then again, when I went to Home Depot, their people went above and beyond. We'll see. $20 gift certificate was offered and accepted. I had to recoup some of my loss. Doesn't remedy how I now feel.😏 Just got home and saw the piece and it's horrible. I will NEVER pay for Lowe's delivery again. To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement.
I called the number provided in your response and it gave me extreme anxiety. I felt like the young lady was reading from a script. This is like a great relationship gone wrong.

Customer service has gone way down hill.. sit on hold for 30 minutes. Drive to and walk in the stoor and the person who has you on hold is drinking coffee standing at the counter...while I am still holding.. then no-one has any knowledge to fix a problem.. three different people pass me around (asscociates/manager/csr... welp they loay out on 2k in sales.
